At the time this action arose, the Chens owned a lot ("Lot 7") that was located within the boundaries of Ms. Parberrys parcel. In addition, Conway owned a lot ("Lot 3") that was located within the boundaries of Ms. Parberrys parcel. Lot 7 and Lot 3 are adjoining lots. At the time of Ms. Parberrys purchase, there were no improvements on Lot 7. Also at the time of Ms. Parberrys purchase, another family, the Spellerbergs, owned what is now Lot 3. At the time of Ms. Parberrys purchase, there was a cabin and an outhouse on Lot 3.
